Do I need a card to start the free trial?

No. You get 30 days of Solo or Team free. We only ask for payment if you decide to keep going.

Does FridgieLog make my business ARC compliant?

FridgieLog keeps the records ARC asks to see at a permit condition check in one place, ready to send. You're still responsible for meeting the conditions of your Refrigerant Trading Authorisation.

Is GST included?

Prices are in Australian dollars. Any GST that applies is worked out at checkout and shown on your receipt.

Who processes payments?

Payments are handled securely by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller. Your invoice and receipt come from Paddle.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes, any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you can still export all your records and dockets. See our Refund Policy for our 14-day money-back promise.
