Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when a business uses FridgieLog. FridgieLog is provided by Daniel Wallace, a sole trader trading as Formzapp, of Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account, the business ("you") agrees to these terms. The person creating the account confirms they're allowed to agree on the business's behalf.
Who FridgieLog is for
FridgieLog is a business tool for air conditioning and refrigeration businesses and their staff in Australia. It is not intended for personal or household use.
Your account
- Keep login details safe and make sure each person uses their own login.
- You decide who joins your team and what they can see. You're responsible for what your team does in your account.
- Give us accurate business details, and keep them up to date.
Your records and compliance
FridgieLog helps you keep and organise records, including those the Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) may ask to see. You remain responsible for meeting the conditions of your Refrigerant Trading Authorisation, your licences and any other law that applies to your work, and for checking that the information you enter is correct.
Reference information in the app, such as error code meanings and refrigerant charge figures, is a guide only. Always check the manufacturer's manuals and the relevant standards before acting on it.
Your records belong to you. You can export them at any time while your account is open.
Plans, trials and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Australian dollars, in advance.
- Free trials don't need a card. If you don't choose a paid plan by the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free plan.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, which also issues your invoices and receipts.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use FridgieLog to break the law, upload anything you don't have the right to share, try to access other businesses' data, or interfere with the service.
Availability
We work hard to keep FridgieLog running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update features over time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported.
Ending your account
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after giving notice where we reasonably can. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This doesn't take away any protection you have under Australian law that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law, and you can still bring a claim in the courts of your Australian state or territory.
